I had the pleasure of working under Terrence as a project manager at Forj. I was especially impressed by his technical expertise, leaderships skills and interpersonal abilities. This was my first tenure within the blockchain space, Terrence was incredibly approachable and helpful in answering the many technical questions that I had for the tech team.

A compassionate leader who promotes empowerment over micromanagement whilst leading his teams. He revolutionised the tech team and got it up and running like a well oiled machine.
